Talking about your feelings can help you make sense of them. Sometimes, just verbalizing what is upsetting you to someone you know won’t judge you can help sort through your feelings, or make the situation more clear. Your FIAB will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. Each conversation is an opportunity to look at your life in a different way with someone who will respect you and your opinions. Someone outside of the situation.
