We do consultations with everyone who signs up for the service. After we get some information during your consultation we’ll look over your answers and match you with a FIAB that fits your needs.

Yes, unless you are a danger to yourself or others; and/or express thoughts of suicide or homicide or abuse of children or the elderly.

You pay-per-session, so as often as you’d like. We offer a variety of packages.

We’re sorry you didn’t connect with your FIAB. We’ll work to find you a better match. Also, if you have any problems with your FIAB, let us know immediately.

No, this is strictly a phone-based service.

Talk to your parent(s) and ask if they can sign you up for Friend In A Box services. Legally, we need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to contact you.
